Blake kapa haka writing

I think kapa haka really puts you in the mood, it makes you energetic and makes you ready for the day. When you do it, it makes you feel powerful and strong and it also motivates you to keep on going and to keep on doing it. And this is a good thing because you might learn new words. It might inspire you to learn new languages and all sorts.




It also introduces you to the māori culture and it really inspires you to keep on doing it and trying new things. Learning new words and languages is a really good thing because. If you go to a different country and you need to speak a different language you know how. It can also be good because you can talk to people from all over the world and you will probably know their language.



I personally think that kapa haka is really good, especially for young kids. It can really help with your mental health and well being and It can help with your coordination and timing.

 It does this because in kapa haka your voices have to be in sync and that is where the timing comes in. You get the coordination because a lot of the time people don’t know how to do it so they look at other people to see the moves and hear the words. That's mean, but there's one last thing: kapa haka is the best.

is port better then music

 Today we are talking about, is sports better than music and in my opinion yes it is. My favourite sport is rugby league and my favourite  song is Shawn Mendes if I can’t have you. But rugby league and sport just fall ahead. Because sport gives you energy and makes you fit. But if you're just sitting there listening to music you're getting lazy not doing anything and I forgot to say, in sport you’re active and in music you're not. So right now we have shown that sport is better for your mental health. And that if you are just listening to music all day you get lazy. But if you play sports all day you get fit and a better immune system and healthy.
